The Dwarven Industrial city of the Iron Hills is supposed to be the most defensible city in all of Tehmcrest. It is built in a large pass in the mountains that are so sheer that there is no need for the dwarves to build walls. One gate leads into the city from the southern pass in the mountains. Its massive surface is carved with the history of the dwarves, from creation myths to the current genocide in the elven war. It is said that the mines go so deep here that the unknown darkness likes to sleep there and is content so long as the dwarves find deeper dark to satisfy.
